Shipping & Delivery

  1. We make every effort to deliver our blankets within the estimated timescale, however sometimes delays can occur and we will do our best to inform you if you order is likely to be delayed longer than originally stated.
  2. When you place an order on our website, please allow up to 28 days for delivery as our blanket and sheets are all made to order in the UK.  We will endeavour to improve on this delivery, however if you require a more accurate delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  3. Delivery charge; our postage and packaging is included in our prices for Mainland UK delivery.  If you require your order to be delivered outside of mainland UK, please enter your order as usual and we will contact you with the additional delivery charge.
  4. We use a courier called Night Freight which deliver on a next day delivery between 8am – 5.30pm and your package must be signed for on delivery.  If there is no one to sign on delivery, a card will be left with details on how to contact Night Freight directly.  If you would like to pay for before 12pm there will be an additional charge, please contact us for further information.
Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your John Atkinson purchase, so if you are not entirely happy you can return any items in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of receipt of the goods for a replacement or a full refund.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free ‘certificate of posting’ from the post office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Payment & Prices

Prices on this website are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and are correct at time of entering onto the website.  Please note our prices include VAT and delivery within mainland UK.  

John Atkinson accept Visa Debit and Maestro cards as well as Master Card and Visa Credit Cards, there is a 2.5% charge on credit cards.

All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer when you place your order.  If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delays or non delivery.  Card payments will be debited and cleared from your account when your order is despatched.  You must only use a credit or debit card which is in your name or you have been given permission to use the card by the cardholder prior to the purchase.  We take no responsibility for the misuse of card details taken in good faith by the customer.
