Each and every blanket is lovingly bound, whipped, labelled and packaged by hand on receipt of order. Your patience enables us to ensure the highest of standards time after time.

The traditional North Star is woven from 100% pure new wool to produce a blanket with high durability and warmth. Pure new wool has superior insulating properties, making the North Star a practical choice to lock in heat on a chilly evening; perfect as an extra layer on the bed or to drape over the knees on the sofa. The North Star is available in classic White, sugar Pink, Sky Blue and luxurious Champagne, and hand finished in colour coordinated satin binding to either end for a stylish finish.
Blankets made from pure new wool are naturally odour resistant and hypoallergenic due to the fibre’s unique properties. Wool absorbs up to thirty times as much moisture as polyester, keeping the skin dry and helping to prevent bacteria. Among many other benefits, wool is also natural and sustainable, as well as absorbing harmful pollutants from the air. It’s estimated that wool used in interiors can help purify the air for 30 years.

It was a Christmas present for a relative – so I cannot comment on the quality. But I was impressed that it was delivered within 2-3 days of my ordering it – even at Christmas.

Blanket excellent . Delivery charge outrageous, however that you have dealt with. You do need to be seriously look at the charge though
